To provide leading and emerging Black artists, managers and producers with
transferable and flexible leadership strategies and tactics that enables them
to grow their own careers

- Series of day seminars
- Listing the Obvious -needs, concerns, and aspirations that face Black senior managers and aspiring managers. These will be used as a website discussion to inform the residential workshop facilitators and may focus on developing and communicating strategy, leading teams and networks, political advocacy, advanced media skills.
- Keeping it Together Local meeting to maintain contact review residentials and identify requirements for next facilitator
- So far? A series of group and one to one meetings with the project evaluator in order to share via the website to recruit further participants and ensure that overall objections and goals are being achieved.
- Maintaining the Balance artist time with management development skills; the benefit or conflict of wearing two hats

- Embracing Black History Month
BAA hosts an open meeting targeted at emerging artists alongside those established practitioners who have not yet considered management as a professional route of employment development
